Adding Review to Collection Pages - 12% Conversion Boost

Our client, an online home decor brand, had several ad campaigns referring to their specific collection pages. However, dozens of thousands of visitors on those collection pages were bouncing quickly and a lower proportion of them were checking out the products in the collection. 

Issue was, when they were at the end of the collection, instead of taking a look at specific products, they were leaving the store.

To address this, we decided to try integrating customer reviews directly into the collection pages.

Goal here was to provide visitors with valuable social proof, real user experiences, and insights that would make them go up again and choose to take a look at the products in the collection. 

In the 2 weeks of applying this test, we had seen conversions on collection pages increase by 12%. It led to more visitors to check out products and eventually purchase them. 

This practice helped to prevent visitors from bouncing and eventually resulted in more purchases for the brand with the same traffic amount.
